Rub a little drama onto your card stock with Stampin’ Up!®’s new Rub-Ons.

This project uses the Take Note Rub-on product (#110283).

    1) Cut out the image you want to use, including the backing.

    2) Peel the backing off your image, and place it on your project where you want the image to be.

    3) Rub evenly and thoroughly over the entire image, making sure the image adheres completely before you lift off the remaining transfer sheet.

    Q & A

    Organizing Ribbons

    Retired List
Q: Do you have any ideas on how to organize ribbons?

A: With the New Year it is a good time to take stock and organize all your supplies. Many professional organizers will tell us to survey your supply and discard or donate any ribbon that you haven’t used in the last year first before venturing into organizing. For some of us ribbon is an obsession but picking it up from a sale rack is not always a bargain if you don’t use it. Purchase coordinating paper and accessories with your ribbon to simplify project making. For examples these products go well together: Beachfront Ribbon Originals, Simply Scrappin Rose Cottage, and Earth Elements & Neutrals Colored Buttons

Organizing for a small amount of ribbon

Find coordinating paper/supplies and store them with your ribbon. That way you will be more likely to find it and use it when you need it. Store everything in a Craft Keeper for easy grab and go choices.

Organizing when you have spools of ribbon

They say you use what you can see. Storing ribbon in our exclusive Stampin’ Up!®® Ribbon Keeper makes it convenient to measure the ribbon against my project dimensions, cut and continue creating without skipping a beat.

What to do with your scraps

You can store them in a fun, see-through container like the one shown here. When it is easy to get to your stash you are more likely to store and retrieve your scrap ribbon. Once a month challenge yourself to make projects using just your scraps.
