    Simple 3" Box Template

        Afternoon Tea Creates a Beautiful Box
    This project is shown covering a small papier-mâché box and lid with Afternoon Tea Designer Series paper but you can create your own box and lid from paper.

    Here’s how:

    Two sheets of paper:
    ==> 1 – 6” square
    ==> 1 – 4-5/8” square
    ==> Scoring Tool
    ==> Sticky Strip Adhesive
    ==> Finished box will be 3” square

    1. Bottom of Box: Score 1-1/2” from each side of the bottom 6” square. Fold on score lines and cut on opposite cut lines

      2. Top of Box: Score 3/4" from each side of the top 4-5/8” square. Fold on score lines and cut on opposite cut lines

      3. On both the bottom and the top box place adhesive on the cut tabs.

    Sticky Strip is the best adhesive for 3-D projects for strength and usability. Remove the red backing before attaching. The box is complete.
